Okay, so the title comes from a random video project of a classmate of my sister's from her Senior year. It was based off that book Mythology, the book that makes Greek and Roman Mythology boring! Videos were pretty awesome and my sister and her ex-boyfriend did theirs on Homer's The Odyssey. Grr, I want to post that video.

Speaking of posting videos, well, sorta, I WANT AN LJ THEME BASED OFF THIS!!!!

I spent yesterday sleeping. Like, I was up for maybe 5 hours? Oh well, I got caught up on sleep.

What I've found is that this summer session = not the best time to take a class. What I mean is that I've been finding out more and more about myself and summer school isn't the best time to have self-discovery. Especially when that self-discovery takes away from studies. In all honesty, I'm not surprised with what I've found about myself, just that it takes up time.

In about 6.5 hours, I have a test on operons. Needless to say, this is about the extent of my knowledge of operons: I'M SCREWED!

...This is going to be a FUN week.

And by 'fun,' I mean a pain in the cervix. Yes, it's going to be THAT bad.

... and I was unaware of it? Granted, the last time I checked up on this, Planetarian: Chiisana Hoshi no Yume was in the developmental phase.

Okay, so once summer school ends, I shall do one of the following:

- Spend tons of money on games I can't understand

- Learn Japanese so I can understand said games

- Find a patch for said games that will allow me to read them in English

- Curse the Key Visual Arts company for not releasing their games to other countries, mostly my own.

Yeah, I'm thinking the last one is more than likely the one I'll do.

Having the house to myself to get work done has worked AGAINST me today! I've been doing laundry, watching Ai Yori Aoshi and Ai Yori Aoshi Enishi and ATTEMPTING to get my paper done. I found one really good statement that will REALLY add some strength to my paper, but instead of putting it in right away, I went to Wal-Mart and I did get stuff I needed like food, but I ended up getting no headway on the paper and now it's 9 'o clock. I will stay here tonight too since there's no point in going back to a messy apartment knowing that all I will do is clean up there until I get exhausted and fall asleep.

Something interesting that happened yesterday and then I'm going to work some blood gas problems. So, the astute (yay, I spelled that right!) person will realize that I am learning about blood gases right now. Well, I was talking about all the stuff I needed to do for school and I mentioned "..work blood gas problems." and a friend of mine stopped me and said "Wait. Did you just say 'Blood gases'?" and I said "Yeah, we are studying them right now." and he told me that when he was in high school, he kept falling asleep in class. The teachers had a problem with it, so they sent him to the doctor and the doctor ordered a blood gas on my friend. Well, my friend said that they had an unsuccessful draw and hit a nerve and thought to this day that a blood gas was something that the doctor made up to scare him or something.

Good lord, I've rambled on about diabetes, proteomics and picometers. BLOOD GAS PROBLEMS, NOW!
